it was a night where i couldn't find sleep again
so i sat down in the kitchen and grabbed paper and pen
thought if i couldn't fall asleep at least i could pretend,
write a song and then wonder in my dreams how it ends.
or how it begins, how was the rhythm, and what the content,
how many times should i repeat all my rhymes,
how does it sound if right here was a break,
does it make sense or is it a stupid mistake?
should i let it all ring or just let it all out
man i still don't know what this song will be about
well i know of all the songs of those new bands
right after i hear a few seconds how this song ends
put a waterfall here, and a star above there,
mixed with a tablespoon of i feel you everywhere
the message is hidden, cannot be found anywhere
sometimes i feel i am the only one who cares
you know they could sing aloud
about the animal rights in a fucking slaughter house
or the men of this earth being the end of this earth
